Using Claim Flow AI
Claim Flow AI helps you capture receipts, review expenses and prepare or submit claims. Review automated results before using them. Use only information you are authorised to provide, keep your account secure and do not submit false claims or misuse the service.
Receipts and company decisions
Receipt expenses require their evidence. Mileage is entered manually without a receipt attachment. Company amount thresholds trigger alerts, while exclusion rules can reduce the claimable amount. Your company decides approval and pays reimbursement externally. Claim Flow AI does not hold or transfer reimbursement money.
Company workspaces
Company owners and authorised reviewers manage membership, policies and decisions. Claim Flow AI platform administrators have a separate platform-management role. Submitting a report creates a company copy separate from your personal draft.
Free release
This release has no paid checkout. The ordinary allowance is one guest receipt and three receipts per calendar month for eligible registered accounts. Account-specific allowances are shown in the workspace. Any future paid plan will disclose its price and conditions before purchase.
Availability and changes
Features may change and maintenance or interruptions can occur. Keep copies of records you need. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Contact support to ask for a review of an access restriction.
Account closure
You may stop using the service and delete your account. Submitted company copies have a separate lifecycle explained on that page.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact developer@claim-flow.app about a complaint or service issue. Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated effective date and communicated where required.
