In the current browser workspace, Save all ready saves complete entries together. Entries needing a decision remain for review. For a possible duplicate, Keep both retains both expenses; Discard this copy removes only the incoming capture.

Automatic reading and translation need an internet connection. Pending captures are saved on this device so you can return to Scan later. Reading also depends on your available scan allowance. Do not clear device storage while you have unsynced work.

With a verified account, switch merchant and item text to English during review, or enable automatic translation in settings. Original receipt files and numeric amounts are preserved. Check translated text for mistakes.

Yes. Keep your account and verify your work email when registering or joining a company. Company registration requires Claim Flow AI admin approval. Personal receipts are shared only when you submit them.

No. Once company-paid coverage is confirmed, you can manage personal renewal with the original billing provider. Company registration alone does not activate paid coverage. Paid subscriptions are currently disabled during beta.
